How to Make Hemp Milk // NO SOAKING OR STRAINING!! Today I am teaching you how to make my super simple homemade hemp milk. No need to plan ahead, just two ingredients to super easy homemade non-dairy milk. Plus, grab a couple of my favorite flavor variations, Creamy Strawberry Vanilla Bean and Rich Chocolate Hemp Milks.

This recipe is keto, paleo, vegan, Whole30-friendly and it’s nut-free.

Classic Homemade Hemp Milk Recipe:
3-4 cups filtered water
1 cup hemp hearts (1/2 cup will create a thinner milk)
sea salt or Himalayan salt, not necessary (enhances the flavor and adds additional trace minerals)

NUTRITION: hemp seeds are a complete plant based protein, which is quite rare, containing all 20 amino acids, including the 9 essential amino acids our body cannot produce on it’s own. Plus hemp seeds are a great source of omega-3 and 6 essential fatty acids including GLA a fatty acid that has been shown to support hormone balance. Hemp is also a great source of fiber, vitamin E and several minerals including phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and zinc. We can skip the soaking with hemp seeds as they contain no phytic acid, the mineral-binding anti-nutrient common to most nuts, seeds, grains, and legumes

All you need is a good blender! That’s it. I recommend a high speed blender for the very best results for super creamy cashew cream. Vitamix is my preferred high speed blender. 1. I recently decided to start making my own hemp milk and while I like the nutty flavour I can't get over the "earthy" flavour. I'm the beginning it was just hemp seeds & water. As I added more water, vanilla & honey it got better but I still can't get over the "earthy" flavouring. What else can I hide to mask it??? without adding strawberries or cacao

  2. Regular coffee creamer has been my sugar downfall. I am thinking about switching to a recipe like this for creamer instead. You’d just have to get used to the difference in consistency but it’s the chemicals in standard creamer that makes it thicken up the way it does.
Your tattoos are freakin awesome by the way. 🤘🤘🤘

  3. Followed the recipe and it came out incredibly chalky and unpalatable. I use hearts regularly in smoothies and it never has this effect. Any suggestions as to why it turned out poorly? Followed directions exactly.
